Five showings yesterday. Five! I barely remember what my house looks like, I’ve been kicked out so many times. We had twice as many showings yesterday than the average seller has in a week. So where dah offers at??

Early Monday morning Matt answered two mysteries we’ve been picking at for weeks: 1. How many babies does the hungry little mama raccoon have? 2. Why is the bird bath so filthy every morning? I’d say the answers are “At least three” and “Yuck! They bathe in it and drink it??”
